Description
The Centec blending system MSB enables the continuous and high accurate blending of two or more liquids, like water and syrup/concentrate.
The combination of the highly accurate flow meters and the redundant Centec In-Line density sensor guarantee a reliable and accurate production process.

The Centec blending system optimises beverage production by maximising the existing production capacity and precisely adjusting the Brix/Diet content. The system allows the direct blending of Water and Syrup/Concentrate in an one-step process and to adjust the °Brix/Diet value very precisely. Highly accurate flow meters and pneumatic control valves continuously monitor and adjust the mass ratio. A redundant Centec on-line density sensor, placed at the end of the system, accurately determines the °Brix/Diet content of the final product and if necessary, the mass ratio is automatically adjusted. An optional remote access service kit allows a Centec technician, located in Frankfurt, to update and maintain system software at any time. If required, the system can be equipped with a deaeration and carbonation system.
